Corte Vignazza used to be a safe place where farmers worked the land, produced and sold wine. Proof of this are the huge old barrels that can still currently be seen in the cellar close to the house.
Winemaking was unfortunately discontinued about 60 years ago, but part of the typical farmhouse was restored and is now the Corte Vignazza B&B with the large wine cellar that is used for workshops, summer entertainment, business meetings and a future lavender plantation.
The B&B as of today is a space that offers silence, quietness and that preserves the flavour of an atmosphere that seems from an older era, both with structure and with the personality of the owners.
Our B&B offers two double rooms and a very large room that can accommodate a small family or a group of four or five people. These two rooms then convolve in a large breakfast room equipped with a piano that emphasizes the owners' sensitivity to art.
The two double rooms are on the ground floor; here there are French doors that lead to the farmyard, where in summer you can sunbathe or spend delightful evening hours in front of the moon while sipping on a relaxing herbal tea.
The largest room, on the other hand, is on the upper floor. It's especially designed for children because, given the space, they're able to more freely, setting a really light and serene atmosphere.
Each small dwelling has a private bathroom, the bedding is always carefully cleaned and chosen with love and care.
In the rooms you can enjoy reading the books that are made available to guests during their stay, small animals are also welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and environmentally friendly. To preserve the rooms' coziness, smokers can use the large outdoor space overlooking the farmyard.
All the rooms are named after certain flowers. We have the Hydrangea room, the Pink Anemone room and the most romantic one: the Lavender room, which has also a fireplace.

My name is Vanda, and with my husband Andrea I run the B&B. I find really important paying attention to hospitality, sensitivity and quality of life, because these are all values that have been taught to me from an early age by my wonderful family. I am a decorator and my love for art, colour and restoration of old furniture has always had me committed to the pursuit and joy of creativity! I am also a mom to Lavinia, Vania and Joel, that being an equally complex and joyful commitment.
My name's Andrea, in the morning I drive Joel to school, and on the way back I'm already there waiting for some wild pheasants... since the great freezing days I've been bringing them food regularly, and now they are slowly reaching almost halfway across the farmyard. With the arrival of the warm season, we start trimming the plants, setting up the new lavandeto and preparing the vegetable garden... My main occupation, besides being with my family, has been the relationship I established with art more than 30 years ago... a continuous work of studies and research on various languages in relation to the surrounding environment.
